Chemistry Creations  (1st-6th)

Who didn't grow up absolutely LOVING chemistry and all that comes with it? Each week, kiddos will use a science experiments, to really get an understanding on how chemical reactions work.

Ultimate PE Games! (K-6th)

Do you want to play in the MOST FUN games kids experience in PE class?  If yes, this session is for you! A sampling of games to be played are Nerf Dodge Ball, Dome Ball, Capture the Flag, parachute activities, Omni – kin Ball, and numerous tag games that require strategy and a willingness to have intense joy! The action-packed session ensures kid movement does not stop until it is time to go home!  Kids quickly and often move from one exciting game to the next! Great exercise is guaranteed as kids play in these classic and modern PE games!

Spanish Journeys  (K-6th)

ISL offers a comprehensive Spanish program for children in grades K-6, suitable for both beginners and those looking to expand their existing knowledge.

Session Structure:

• Our classes start by learning and reviewing our foundation topics to ensure a solid foundation. Some of these topics are: Greetings, the alphabet, numbers, colors, days of the week, months, and many more.

• Each session introduces two core topics, explored in-depth throughout the session.

• The two core topics vary each session, ensuring your child never repeats the same material.

• We focus on expanding vocabulary, forming sentences, and encouraging active use of the language.

• Examples of rotating core topics: Animals, food, the house, verbs, body parts, clothes, professions, the city, and many more.

Program Highlights:

• Every student receives handouts to use in class and at home.

• Small class sizes, led by native-speaking, experienced teachers, create an engaging and motivating environment.

• Diverse learning styles are catered to through: Conversation, music, flashcards, reading and writing, games, art, and storybooks.

• Every two weeks, parents receive an email update from the teacher detailing class activities and providing suggestions for at-home reinforcement, helping to solidify the lessons learned in class.

   

Act Up! Wizarding Playhouse (2nd-6th)

Inspired by popular wizards and witches from Harry Potter to The Wizard of Oz, young performers experience a theatrical journey in this acting class by Moonlit Wings. Explore original scenes, songs, and games that bring magic to life on stage. Sharpen your acting and singing skills while making new friends along the way. Parents are invited to a mini-performance during the final class.

Poppin Piano  (K-5th)

Students will participate in a music group. Students will learn about the instrument as well as how to play in a music group.   

FREE Rental instrument and curriculum included!  Instruments and music are intended for in class AND at home practice.  Rental Instrument must be returned at the last class.

Hip Hop All Stars  (K-6th)

Our ADF hip hop dancers will learn the latest street dancing technique, performance skills and confidence. Hip Hop is an ever-evolving style performed to current hip hop music. The Adrenaline Dance Force classes offer the ability to improve hip hop style, increase memory and improve balance by staying grounded and strong through upper and lower body movement. Adrenaline’s experienced staff brings excitement to this class with the latest hip hop moves and age-appropriate music!

Flag Football Frenzy  (1st-6th)

Any season is football season in America! Participants will work on the overhand throw, catching, and play in thrilling games! To prepare for games, participants will practice basic offensive routes and defensive coverages. Early elementary kids will enjoy fun lead up games like scarf tag! The plan is for participants to experience a NFL playoff style tournament with a Super Bowl!!

Fine Arts Medium Exploration!  (K-6th)

Join us for a week of creative fun while we explore different fine art mediums! Each day we will focus on a new fine art medium: pottery, painting, printmaking and sculpture. Learn how real artists create their portfolios with this diverse array of mediums and find your new favorite form of art! 

Chess (K-6th)

Learn chess with Silver Knights Chess Academy (formerly Magnus Chess Academy), world champion Magnus Carlsen’s academy!  We’ve taught 100,000 children to play including state and national champions, but most students are beginners looking to learn a new skill and have FUN. Class time is divided between lessons and practice games.  Lessons range from the basic rules to advanced tournament strategies. Students will have the opportunity to play in tournaments (in-person and online) outside of club time.  This in-person club includes free online extras including weekly practice tournaments and an event with world champion Magnus Carlsen or Judit Polgar, the best female chess player of all time.  All chess supplies provided.
